WHO WE ARE
We are five licensed psychologists who love helping people sleep better. Each of us has dedicated our practice to helping people overcome the struggles that keep them awake. We understand that everyone's sleep challenges are different, which is why we bring a variety of approaches and specialties to the table.
Our team offers evidence-based treatments, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I), the gold standard for treating insomnia. We also help people adjust to and stick with CPAP therapy, learn strategies for reducing nightmares, and provide support during sleep medication tapering. All of our work is grounded in research and clinical science, utilizes behavioral strategies instead of medication, and is tailored to meet your unique needs.
We see clients via telehealth across Arizona, Montana, and all PSY-PACT participating states (an interstate agreement that allows licensed psychologists to practice across state lines). Whether you're struggling with chronic insomnia, adjusting to a new treatment device, or dealing with nightmares, you can get expert care from the comfort of your home.
